  • The nearest station is Newbury station, which is a ten minute drive from site.

  • If driving onto site, please follow the signs and drive on the grass, not the horse ring track.
    ​

Amenities: 

  • This event is entirely self catered. There is not a kitchen on site, but we will have places to set up camp stoves, and will leave breaks between encounters for lunch and dinner.
    ​

  • ​There are several supermarkets in Newbury, which is a 10 minute drive from the site, as well as a service station (including a McDonalds) a 3 minute drive away, and a 35 minute walk.
     

  • This site uses portaloos. If you are in need of a disabled portaloo, please contact us as soon as you can prior to the event. There are no showers available on site.
     

  • There is a drinking water tap in the out of character area. You may wish to bring a container to transport water to the in character area. Water runs and containers will also be provided by the game team.
     

  • There is both in character and out of character camping on site. Out of character camping is closer to both the portaloos and water source.​​​​

  • If you wish to stay in a hotel instead of camping, there is a Travelodge a 3 minute drive from site. Please indicate this on your booking, and remember to sign out when you are leaving site for the night.

Please note that there are animals on site, primarily horses. Please do not feed animals anything at all as it can seriously harm them. Horses have a very sensitive digestive system and seemingly harmless foods can cause major damage and even death.​​​

​Birmingham Site:

  • The nearest stations are Hampton in Arden, which is a one minute drive or a ten minute walk, or Birmingham International which is a 10 minute drive.​​

Amenities: 

  • This event is entirely self catered. There is not a kitchen on site, but we will have places to set up camp stoves, and will leave breaks between encounters for lunch and dinner.

  • ​There are several supermarkets about a 10 minute drive from site.
     

  • This site has inbuilt toilets. There are no showers available on site.
     

  • There is no water tap on site, but the site staff will be providing us with water

  • There is both in character and out of character camping on site. In character  is closer to the bathrooms.
     

  • If you wish to stay in a hotel instead of camping, there are several nearby. Please indicate this on your booking, and remember to sign out when you are leaving site for the night.
